Boxing-inspired fitness class combining punches, kicks, and conditioning drills. Great for stress relief and building core strength.

This gives you time to meet your instructor, get set up, and ask any questions before class.

Comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide towels, water, and all equipment.

Group Class FAQs

Everything you need to know before your first class

Do I need to book classes in advance?

We recommend reserving your spot by calling (914) 777-2300 or visiting our contact page as classes have limited capacity (6-8 participants). Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

What should I wear to class?

Comfortable, breathable workout clothes and supportive athletic shoes. For FightCamp, wear clothes you can move freely in. We provide all equipment including boxing gloves.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our certified trainers provide modifications for all fitness levels. Circuit Training, FightCamp, and Strength & Conditioning welcome all levels. Boot Camp is best for those with some fitness experience.

How much do group classes cost?

Pricing varies based on membership and packages. Contact us for current rates and special offers for new members.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give us at least 4 hours notice if you need to cancel. This allows other members to take your spot. Call (914) 777-2300 to cancel or reschedule.

Is there parking available?

Yes! Free parking is available directly at our facility. We're located at 516 West Boston Post Road in Mamaroneck, easily accessible from I-95 and Boston Post Road.
