Lisa began her career as a Personal and Group Fitness Instructor. Realizing that exercise alone isn't enough for optimal health, she became certified as an Integrative Health Coach to better help her clients reach their goals in the areas of nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellness. Delving deeper into the fitness industry, she recently honed her skills and became a Movement Specialist, acquiring knowledge in how the human body truly moves and functions, with the goal of alleviating chronic pain and stiffness, and most importantly helping her clients prevent injuries.

Thriving in the fitness + wellness industry is much more than a career for Lisa. Her work is driven by her optimistic outlook, curiosity, and a deep passion to help herself and her clients, believing that we can reach not just average performance but optimal performance at any age. The ideology Lisa lives by and instills in her clients is to put your own fitness and health first in order to be able to help others. She feels extremely fortunate to be in a career where she guides her clients to live their best life.

As a Larchmont/Mamaroneck native, Joey spent the majority of his twenties following his innate passion for travel. Having visited over 25 states and living in California, Florida, and even Las Vegas, Nevada, he was able to experience a variety of lifestyles and interact with people from all different walks of life. After gaining a plethora of valuable experience in numerous fields throughout his own personal adventures, he realized that his truest passion had always been in fitness, nutrition, and health in general, which consistently followed him throughout his journey.

Coming from a family with a history of health conditions, due to a lack of healthy eating habits and the absence of any sort of a solid fitness regimen, Joey learned at a young age how important taking care of our health truly is. He aimed to break the cycle in his family by taking it upon himself to learn everything he could on how to create a lifestyle out of health & fitness, with the ultimate goal of passing these ideals onto the next generation.

With nearly 20 years of personal fitness experience at this point in his life, and serving as his own lifelong "guinea pig" so to speak, he decided to immerse himself in this passion and make his own fitness lifestyle a lifelong career.

His experience is very diverse, having trained in MMA, CrossFit, HIIT, running, biking, and resistance training over the course of his life. His endless hunger for new ways to challenge himself athletically and increase his knowledge base has become almost an addiction. With a fundamental understanding of how critical fitness and nutrition are in a world where obesity and heart disease numbers continue to rise, Joey knows that the biggest impact he can make in this world, is to help others to achieve their goals of getting into better shape, and to educate them on how to properly take care of their bodies.

Today, Joey is applying his skill set at One2One Fitness by utilizing a variety of techniques to both encourage and challenge his clients in order to help them effectively reach their goals, while giving them the gift of feeling and looking their best day in and day out, and thus, extending their lives in the process.

After spending time with over 35 different fitness organizations and doctors of medicine, Lamont is clearly a fitness enthusiast! He enjoys helping people realize their potential and go after their fitness goal. Lamont is currently the strength and conditioning coach at NBHS and a YPBR pro coach who loves animal flow and functional fitness.

Ashley began her road to personal training with her own weight loss journey over 5 years ago. Now she trains to connect with others and help inspire them to continue on the journey she once went on. A wrestler in high school she was drawn to boxing and still boxes to this day. She began her personal training with Scarsdale New York Sports Club. Today Ashley is a strength and conditioning coach, performing sports-specific exercises and incorporating boxing into her workouts with clients.

Lori has had a lifelong passion for fitness since her first aerobics class at age 14. She believes in a full body and mind approach to fitness, nutrition and overall good health. She was certified in 2009 by the National Council of Strength and Fitness. Having had three children, Lori understands how hard it is to balance work, life and family. Lori strives to make fitness a part of a client's daily routine and assist them in leading a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle.

She holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, and worked for many years in the Financial Services industry.
