Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your instructor and fellow classmates. We'll show you around and answer any questions.

All equipment is provided — mats, weights, resistance bands, and boxing gear. Your instructor will help you set up your station.

Common questions about joining our fitness classes

Do I need to book classes in advance?

We recommend reserving your spot by calling (914) 777-2300 as classes have limited capacity. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

What should I bring to class?

Just bring comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all equipment, mats, towels, and water is available at our fountain.

Are group classes included in membership?

Yes! Group classes are included in many of our membership packages. Contact us to learn about options that include group fitness.

Can beginners join group classes?

Absolutely! Our instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels. Circuit Training and FightCamp are especially welcoming for beginners.

How many people are in each class?

We keep classes small — typically 6-8 participants maximum. This ensures personal attention and proper form guidance from your instructor.

What if I need to cancel?

Please notify us at least 2 hours before class time if you need to cancel. This allows us to open your spot for other members who may be waiting.
