Nervous about your first group fitness class? Don't be! Here's what you'll experience at One2One Fitness:
Arrive 10-15 minutes early to meet your instructor and fellow classmates. We'll show you around and answer any questions.
All equipment is provided — mats, weights, resistance bands, and boxing gear. Your instructor will help you set up your station.
Every class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body and prevent injury.
Follow along as your instructor demonstrates each exercise. Modifications are always offered for different fitness levels.
End with a proper cool-down and stretching to aid recovery and flexibility.

We recommend reserving your spot by calling (914) 777-2300 as classes have limited capacity of 6-8 participants. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
Just bring comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all equipment including mats, weights, resistance bands, and boxing gear. Towels are complimentary and water is available.
Yes! Group classes are included in many of our membership packages. Contact us to learn about options that include group fitness.
Absolutely! Our certified instructors provide modifications for all fitness levels. Circuit Training and FightCamp are especially welcoming for beginners.
We offer classes throughout the day: early morning (6am), mid-morning (9-10am), lunchtime (12pm), and evening (5:30-6:30pm). Weekend classes are available Saturday and Sunday mornings. View our full schedule.
